Passwords and files
You are on the pages, which allow obtaining access passwords to the IT systems produced at the Institute.
NOTE
For the users of the TestOSK program IN THE 4.0 VERSION, This program is to be downloaded only once for each computer with the installed TestOSK 4.0 program. Before starting the update, the Test OSK 4.0 program must be switched off (closed)
Update of the 4.0 (40kB) version – download now
Proceed further following the instructions on your computer screen, and then fill in the spaces below and generate a password.
Note: In case of no access to the Internet for the computer with the TestOSK 4.0 program installed the update can be copied onto the diskette or a pendrive and started from that on every computer with the TestOSK 4.0. program installed.
Each next installation or reinstallation of TestOSK 4.0 from the source in hand (CD) will require starting the installation of the update on the given computer.
Update is NOT necessary for the version 5.0, and the password can be collected straight away. Update enables only to entered a password, but it does NOT change the questions data base – up to date since 01.01.2010, the questions data base is available in version 5.0, which you can order, calling the Institute on: (0 22) 811 56 05, (0 22) 811 40 70, (0 22) 675 28 20.Remember!
You can obtain passwords for a given system to as many computer stations as many licences you have bought at the Institute for operating this system. Obtaining passwords for more stations will not be possible.

Please regard the above data as confidential and never make it available to the outsiders as they can download the password from your account and at your expense. A stranger will then use a pirate copy of the program, and you will have an access to the password blocked and will not be able to use legally bought program
In order to obtain a system access password fill in the spaces above and press the key GENERATE PASSWORD przy czym:
- Client’s number - is a user’s number (licence or software copy number) allocated to the user by the Institute (he will receive it by mail from the Institute or IMAGE Group). Please quote only digits without "0", e.g. 5167, and not 005167.
- NIP Number - is a client’s tax identification number (only the digits without the dashes and spaces), e.g. 5731027615.
- System’s Number - is a number of the IT system used by the client and is always displayed by the system on the computer in the window requiring access password to the system (central space in the password window on the computer screen), e.g. 11.
- Computer Number - is a code, the computer generates, on which the IT system is used (appears together with the system number in the upper field of the password window on the computer screen), e.g. 16ED763E.
