Have you ever been involved in a road accident or collision? Your experience is invaluable—it can help improve the support provided to those affected immediately after such events.
We invite you to participate in a research study conducted by the Motor Transport Institute as part of the European project IMPROVA, funded by the Horizon Europe program.
We want to learn how those involved rate the psychological support provided by emergency services at the scene—what worked well and what could be improved.
Why participate?
- Your answers will have a real impact on the quality of assistance provided to others in crisis situations.
- The survey takes just a few minutes to complete.
- The study is completely anonymous—we do not collect any data that could identify you.
- Participation is entirely voluntary, and your responses will be used solely for research purposes.
The survey consists of 34 questions and will take just a few minutes.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us—every voice counts.
